Terms of Use — tinyCam Monitor

These terms govern your use of tinyCam Monitor ("the app"), published by Mobile Alchemy Ltd. By downloading or using the app you agree to them.

Licence

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or sublicense the app.

Subscriptions and purchases

• tinyCam Monitor is free to use with a limited number of cameras. tinyCam Pro unlocks unlimited cameras, recording, on-device AI detection and vendor cloud sign-in.
• Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Your cameras and content

The app connects to cameras you own or are authorised to access. You are responsible for how you use it, including obtaining any consent required by law before recording people, and for complying with local surveillance, privacy and employment laws. Third-party services

Camera manufacturers and their cloud services (for example Wyze, Tuya/SmartLife, Ring, Nest, Blink, Eufy) are independent third parties. Optional sign-in to those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, and vendors may change or withdraw access at any time.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". It is a viewer for equipment we do not manufacture or control, and it depends on your network and on third-party cameras and services. It is not a life-safety or alarm-monitoring system and must not be relied upon as one. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobile Alchemy Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, property or profits, arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
